We developed a detailed Merchandising Guide to support the sales team in their daily in-store activities, providing clear guidelines to enhance product visibility and optimize sales strategies.
WHAT WAS DONE:
We began by creating a character to serve as an intermediary, making communication with promoters more engaging and accessible.
The guide was a comprehensive resource, starting with the company’s history and delving into the world of paint, covering its characteristics and technical details in depth. It provided a detailed overview of each product, including specifications, applications, and benefits, ensuring a thorough understanding.
We outlined the positioning strategy for each product line, introduced available point of purchase materials, and offered cross-merchandising suggestions to enhance product visibility.
To optimize in-store organization, we developed a model of the ideal shelf layout, demonstrating product segmentation and placement for maximum visibility and accessibility. This was further illustrated through 3D representations of three different store types, showcasing the ideal product display.
Finally, we created detailed planograms, specifying the precise placement of each product on the shelf.
The result was a well-structured, visually appealing, and educational guide that equipped promoters with all the necessary tools to optimize product display, enhance the shopping experience, and drive sales effectively.
